SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Homenko Studio. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing time: 4-5 business days

Estimated Delivery Times:

Canada: 4-6 business days

United States: 9-11 business days

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are personalized and made to order. Please allow 4-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the United States.

Carrier: We use Chit Chats consolidation service to ensure faster and more affordable delivery. This means your package may be handed over to partner carriers like USPS (for USA) or Canada Post (for Canada) for the final mile delivery.

Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once processed by the post office.
