REFUND POLICY

1. Personalized Items (All Sales Final)

Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you (e.g., engraved with names, dates, or custom text), we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

All sales are final for personalized items. Please double-check your spelling and customization details before placing an order. We engrave exactly what is entered by the customer.

2. Damages and Issues

We stand by the quality of our work. Please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item:
We will happily provide a free replacement.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thehomenkostudio@gmail.com.

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement part or new item as quickly as possible.

Note: Minor variations in wood grain or color are natural characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

3. Non-Personalized Items

Only if you purchased a non-personalized (standard stock) item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will do everything in our power to help locate the package and assist you with filing a claim with the carrier (Chit Chats/USPS/Canada Post) if necessary.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved (e.g., for a non-custom item or in rare cases where a replacement is not possible), you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
